BIO:
Mountain Vista Modular Homes is owned and operated by Chester D. Kahn of Lincoln New Hampshire. Chester has thirty years of experience as General Manager, Project Manager, and Principal of a major real estate development in Massachusetts. He has a succinct expertise in the management of several projects running concurrently, from site selection to marketing of residential and commercial mixed use facilities.
Chester has master-planned, implemented and manged two major, award-winning projects that received recognition in several publications. He has hands-on experience in the management of projects involving joint ventures and domestic/foreign investors.
Chester also has a well-rounded background in income and performance analysis, acquisition of land and improved properties, site planning and development programming dealing with local, state, and federal regulatory agaencies, rehabilitiation and new construction, as well as financing, marketing and disposition strategies. He has additional experience in the planning, construction and start up of banking operations as a founder and member of board of directors.
Chester has effectively dealt with the banking community, negotiating contracts with architects, engineers, general contractors and sub-contractors in projects representing $100 million in sales. He is well organized and qualified to direct an efficient, cost-effective management department designed to probide quality services to an existing or expanding facility. He is listed in the Who’s Who of Banking and Finance, and in Real Estate.
